Alexandra Ware

LCPC

Hey there! My name is Alexandra. I would describe myself as bubbly, warm, and deeply passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring, learning, and growing. My clinical style is integrative and rooted in Person-Centered principles, incorporating CBT, Solution-Focused strategies, and DBT-informed skills to support insight, emotional regulation, and practical skill-building. With children, I enjoy using play-based and creative interventions tailored to their developmental needs to help them engage naturally in therapy. My goal is always to help clients build confidence, strengthen their coping skills, and ultimately blossom into the best version of themselves they can be.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Some areas of interest include supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, behavioral concerns, trauma, neurodivergence, including supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, life transitions, and stress management.

When I’m not in the office, I’m usually with my husband and our dog, out with friends, or planning my next trip. I’m definitely a girly girl at heart—I love a good latte, cozy moments, and anything that lets me be creative.
