Athena Scheidegger

For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for helping people, and I feel privileged to provide assistance to people through counseling.  I am a fairly new addition to LIFE Counseling Center.  It is my pleasure to be serving the Payette and Caldwell areas.

My areas of interest include rural counseling, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and most anything mental health related.  I currently work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.  My theoretical approach is person-centered at its core, though, I will use various approaches to meet my clients’ needs.

When I’m not working, I am spending time with my husband, our dogs, and our family.  I enjoy reading, swimming, and going for walks.
